Twenty NY School Districts Will Modify Enrollment Policies for Undocumented Immigrant Children

NY State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman and 20 school districts found in 14 counties negotiated that the districts revise their current enrollment policies to allow undocumented immigrant children to attend them without being discriminated against for their status in the United States.
