We’ve heard what U.S. education stands to learn from Finland’s consistently well-performing schools, but in the Washington Post this week, Finnish educator Pasi Sahlberg says the U.S. shouldn’t get ahead of itself. In order for American schools to replicate some of Finland’s most effective practices, they would have to learn a few basics first.
